  • Free Shipping Thresholds
    Some countries or customers may qualify for free shipping if the order exceeds a certain value. This threshold varies depending on location and will be automatically calculated at checkout if applicable.

  • Shipping Providers
    We work with various courier and transport companies to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The final shipping provider may differ from the one initially displayed or selected during checkout, depending on the size, value, and urgency of the shipment.

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments
    In the event of visible damage or any issues with the delivery, the receiver must ask the courier or driver to record a formal note in their system at the time of delivery.
    Without this written note, our company, KROCOM, d.o.o. Brežice, may not be able to offer compensation or pursue claims with the transport provider, as the issue would not be verified.

    Paying

    • Prepayment Orders
      If your order requires prepayment, please note that we will only begin processing and packing your order once the payment has been received on our account. Delays in payment may result in delays in shipping.

    • Payment of Invoices on Credit
      Please note that for credit payments, the payment date will be considered as the date when the funds are received on our account, not the date the payment was initiated.
